Buy customer return tool pallets
Returns received sealed from national retailers and sold untested, as-is. Expect opened boxes, missing accessories and a proportion of faulty units — that risk is what the pricing reflects.
Buy these with your eyes open
Returns pallets suit repairers, parts recovery and resellers who test and grade stock themselves. They are not suitable if you need working tools out of the box. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply to the pallet as described — see our refunds policy.
