Freight & tailgate delivery, Australia-wide
Pallets leave our Laverton North warehouse on standard palletised freight. A full pallet weighs 180–320 kg and stands around 1.4 metres tall, so it cannot go on a courier van — choose tailgate delivery, depot pickup, or delivery to a site with a forklift or dock.

Tailgate delivery
A hydraulic tailgate lowers the pallet to the kerb. You need a flat, sealed drop area of at least 3 metres and someone on site to sign. The driver does not move the pallet indoors.
Depot pickup
The cheapest option in most capitals. We consign to the carrier depot nearest you and you collect with a ute, trailer or van. Bring straps — depots load with a forklift.
Forklift or dock delivery
If your warehouse has a forklift or loading dock, we skip the tailgate surcharge entirely. Tell us your access hours and vehicle size limits when you request the quote.
Zone rates & transit times
Indicative per-pallet rates in AUD. Multiple pallets on the one consignment attract a reduced rate per pallet after the first.

Rates are indicative and confirmed in writing on your quote. Remote and island postcodes, timed deliveries and hand-unload requests are priced individually.
