Every tool on every pallet we sell is genuine, manufacturer-made stock — guaranteed. Milwaukee, DEWALT and all other brand names, logos and model numbers referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to describe the genuine tools contained on a pallet.

Where the stock comes from

• Cancelled and over-ordered retail allocations from Australian distributors
• End-of-line and run-out stock cleared from distributor warehouses
• Sealed customer return consignments from national retail chains
• Fleet and hire disposals, and insolvency stock purchased at auction

Every consignment arrives with an acquisition record naming the source and date. We keep those records for seven years and can confirm the provenance of a pallet to a trade buyer on request.

How we verify every pallet

• Carton, label and data-plate inspection against current manufacturer packaging
• Serial and batch number sampling across each consignment
• Weight and fit-and-finish comparison against known genuine reference units
• Battery and charger inspection for correct cell configuration and markings

Only verified, genuine stock makes it onto a pallet and into a manifest. Every pallet is itemised, graded and signed off before dispatch.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranty is set by the manufacturer and depends on the tool and the grade. What we guarantee is that the pallet matches its manifest and description, backed by your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — see the refunds policy.
