Warehouse transparency
Everything listed on this site is physically in our warehouse, on a wrapped pallet, with a pallet ID painted on the label. We do not drop-ship and we do not list stock we have not taken delivery of.

What a pallet ID means
Each pallet gets a permanent ID such as BR-MIL-0142 when it is received, weighed and manifested. That ID appears on the pallet label, on the listing, on your quote, on the tax invoice and on the consignment note. You can search any pallet ID in our catalogue search to pull up the exact lot.
Photos are of the actual pallet
- Photos are taken in our warehouse after the pallet is manifested and wrapped
- We do not use manufacturer marketing renders as pallet photos
- Every pallet is re-photographed on the day it is dispatched, wrapped and strapped
- Dispatch photos are emailed with your consignment note
Manifests are counted, not estimated
Manifests are built line by line as the pallet is packed: SKU, brand, model, description, quantity, condition and declared retail value. Declared retail value is the current Australian recommended retail price we can evidence at the time of listing — it is a reference for comparison, not a promise of resale value.
Inspections by appointment
Trade buyers are welcome to inspect a pallet before purchase. Bookings run weekdays 8am–3pm; bring steel-cap boots and hi-vis. Bookings can be arranged through the trade quote form or by phone.
What you will never see from us
- Countdown timers or fabricated "sale ends in" pressure
- Fake stock counters or invented viewer numbers
- Sealed mystery pallets sold without a manifest
- Photos of someone else's warehouse
