New and overstock
New stock is described as factory sealed. Overstock is unused surplus with potentially shelf-worn cartons. Confirm packaging and completeness on the exact lot.
Customer returns
Untested returns can include faults or missing parts. Plan inspection, testing and repair costs; no fixed saleable percentage is guaranteed.
Your obligations remain
Condition descriptions do not automatically remove Australian Consumer Law rights. Ask about known issues before purchase and accurately describe condition to your own customers.
