How to Check a Tool Pallet Manifest
The manifest is the starting point for assessing a wholesale lot: identity, quantity, condition and completeness.
Check identities and quantities
Match each SKU and model to the description. Confirm whether quantities count sets, tools, batteries or individual accessories. Ask about repeated or unclear entries.
Read condition at line level
New, overstock, clearance, tested-working and customer-return grades describe different risks. Do not assume every line has identical packaging or accessories.
Retain the agreed version
Download the PDF or CSV and retain the manifest that accompanies your accepted quote. On receipt, compare goods and quantities, recording discrepancies with photographs.
